I lost four stone for my wedding using the Cambridge diet but put on five after I stopped!
My (substantially thinner) friend lost two stone prior to hers on WeightWatchers and roped me in to going.
I wasn't keen at first as had failed to follow it in my late teens but am blown away with how easy it is ten years on - and in my case it's down to technology. The app is a major help in helping make the right choices.
So now I'm feeling really positive, despite having ten stone to lose.
Anyone else in a similar boat?
