What day do you weigh in?

Hi everyone,

I lost weight a while ago but sadly have put most of it back on - due mainly to medical issues. I am sitting here trying to get organised, planning my meals and ready to make a new start. I have always previously weighed in on a Saturday as I often find healthy eating more difficult at the weekend this allowed me to undo any damage before the next weigh in! I wondering though whether Monday would be better in terms of keeping me on track over the weekend. Just wondered what everyone else does and whether they find that any particular days are more helpful than others?

Like you, I used to do Saturday as official WI day but weighed in daily.

I prefer daily or monthly weighing to weekly. Currently experimenting with every three months. Weighed in on Jan 1st and don't plan to do it again until April 1st.

Probably not that helpful...sorry!

Thanks for the replies. I'm still a bit undecided and todays been a bit of a failure - incredibly stressful day and not feeling great so haven't eaten that well. Hope you've all had a more successful day,

I think Tuesday's a good day, it gives you a chance to reset things after the weekend.

Monday. New week, clean slate. I work Mo-Fri and I find it easier to eat healthy on days when I'm at work. Monday morning I assess the weekend damage :) and try to get on with it.
