Hi everyone,
I lost weight a while ago but sadly have put most of it back on - due mainly to medical issues. I am sitting here trying to get organised, planning my meals and ready to make a new start. I have always previously weighed in on a Saturday as I often find healthy eating more difficult at the weekend this allowed me to undo any damage before the next weigh in! I wondering though whether Monday would be better in terms of keeping me on track over the weekend. Just wondered what everyone else does and whether they find that any particular days are more helpful than others?
