Is there any one out there that wants to chat about eating healthier and getting fit. I'm buy no means fat but I've always been lucky with my weight can eat what I want and not excercise. but since beeing in a relationship it's crept on, I've gone from size 6/8 to an 8/10 and it's going up each week in weight. I'm so out of breath when I walk anywhere Long. I want to cut out all the crisps coke McDonald's take aways or at least limit them. get fitter and stronger I don't want to be skinny at all just strong healthy and happy. I'm also going to Ibiza this summer big holiday and that's my motivation
