Hiya
I've increased steps walked per day from approx 4,000 in around July to an average of 11,800 a day from beginning of Dec to now.

I am losing weight. Eat fish veggie diet with no carbs a part from occasional sweets / dessert per week

Has anyone increased up to 16,000 / 20,000 per day and as it cased a decent amount of weight loss?

I am just under 12 stone / 5'5 and want to lose 1st - 1.5st.

Thanks X

Any tips on increasing your steps? I average 7500 a day at work, and that is through trying quite hard to take stairs instead of the lift etc. I want to average 10000 but not sure how to fit it in. How much weight have you lost and well done so far!

80% diet and 20% exercise for losing weight. Increasing steps is always good, but I wouldn't expect it to lose you 1.5 stone without tweaking the diet also.
