In January?

I've been rubbish at generally looking after myself due to an extension taking over my life in 2016.
New year, new me.

Anyone fancy joining me?

I'm up ferrit, I just downloaded her book so great timing Smile

I subscribed to Kayla Itsines for the free trial and the food plans have continued in the app even though I cancelled! :-)

I also saved a lot of the workouts, although I know they change as the weeks go on.

I don't have any weight to lose and I'm pretty pleased with my fitness etc, but I downloaded it as an addition to my exercise/ eating plans so I had something else to mix it up with. I'd recommend it- the food is SO easy to prepare and the workouts are at least all set-out for you so you don't need to plan in advance.

Perfect, I want something easy to follow, diet and exercise wise, so figured it looked perfect. Start a new job on Jan 3rd so the quickness of the daily program suits me too.
Just need some others to nag me into keeping to it.

I'm starting Kayla again in January so more than happy to join you, I could do with having some countability Smile

I'm not doing the Kayla Itsines plan but I'm doing a similar thing I think - an online personalised diet plan?? I've just completed my questionnaire and returned it, so hoping to get my plan in the next few days. I'm completely determined to stick with it, and some support from others doing a similar plan sounds good Smile

That sounds great. Last few days of lounging around (althoughndid have a long dog walk today) and less than healthy food...
