Can anyone recommend a very simple diet plan or book. No calorie counting, or points, nothing drastic. Just something very simple and easy to follow that I could fit into a busy life. I also don't want anything requiring mounds of ingredients or lots of cooking.
So lots of requirements!
I know the obvious things I need to do which is stop snacking on crisps and sweets/cake etc.
Anyway if anyone had tried anything or knows of anything let me know! It's better if I do follow some sort of plan as doing it my own way doesn't generally work and I end up straying.
