2017 will be the year I get rid of my podgy, pouchy tummy - but how?

I really need help with tackling my tummy. After 2 c-sects, 3.5 stone weight loss and a lifelong love of the wrong foods I've been left with a horrible, sticky outy, overhanging roll. I call it my 'podge!'

I can't wear any clothes with a waist. Even jeans or trousers can be problematic unless they are elasticated as the podge turns into a big lump when i sit down.

I'm sick of having to buy clothes with no waistline, or ensure something loose is worn to cover the podge. Hell, I'm just sick of the podge!

I can't afford a tummy tuck. Not any time in the next decade that's for sure.

I haven't done much exercise if I'm honest but I'm getting to the point now where if I want the podge gone, I know I will have to do some.

Has anyone successfully got rid of a podge without surgery?

And what are your top tips?

I am aiming to lose another 10 lbs but I know that wont' get rid of it without some exercise too.
