Can I lose 11lbs in a month?

I need to get down to 11st 7 for an operation.

I don't eat meat or fish so low carb diets are a bit difficult for me!

How much do you have to lose?

Loubilou09 · 02/11/2016 21:12

If your month is four and a half weeks, then it's 2-3 lbs a week, which is do-able. But that's quite a fast rate of loss.

Have you dieted before?

I've never fully committed to dieting as such but I need to shift this weight for my pre-op. I know it's best to do it slowly but I don't have much time! I plan on drinking lots of water, doing at least 30 mins of exercise per day and low carbing.
