I always recommend FitnessBlender.com videos for at home workouts. They're a husband and wife team that produce loads of different programs for every level. I think they're the best free ones I've seen that give good guidance on technique, so you don't injure yourself. Love them...

Finding time to exercise at home can be tricky.

Sometimes I do more (and will look for new ideas on this thread with interest), but at the very least, I do the the '7 Minute Workout'. It works every muscle group, and takes less than 10 minutes.....that is do-able for most everyone.

You can get it as an app on your phone.

Lots of us do " 30 days Shred" It's a HIT 20 minute workout ( there are 3 levels that you work up through). So you only need half an hour from putting on something stretchy to the cool down. You don't need a big room or any coordination which is a massive plus in my book.

I wouldn't say it would make a difference to your look without dieting but I definitely got fitter as I could run much further on my sporadic attempts jogging .
However with a diet it has given me a 2 pack and I have always been an apple shape. I also can see those V bits at the side.

Absolutely! I actually do most of my exercise at home.

I have a treadmill, some small weights, and a subscription to Beachbody On Demand: www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/on-demand-workout-videos.do which gives me a ton of options.

I have a gym membership, but most days I don't have the time to get ready, drive to the gym, and get a full workout in so I'd much rather maximize my time at home.

I started working out at home when DC2 was a baby at naptime and still do even though all three DC are now at school. I started with Davina dvds as a lot of them are only 30 minutes so easy to fit in. I gradually built up quite a library, Jillian Michaels, Nell McAndrew, Caroline Pearce. For the past six months though I've been doing online ones, started with Body Coach which are tough but effective but eventually I found him too annoying. Then I discovered Body Project, some of the workouts are free on YouTube but I signed up to their website and now am nearly at the end of the 10 week programme and although I'm in my 40s and have had three children I'm the fittest I've ever been!
