Weightwatchers Extra points for excercising

How does this work please? what do you get the extra points for? say you walk for 30 min each day what extra points would you get? or if you played a game of football! is this written somewhere or can someone let me know!Thanks

you have to do a 'healthy' amount of walking a day before you earn points, ShiningStar (think about 8000 steps) then you earn a point for every 2000 (I think)

earning exercise points depends on your weight and the intensity at which you exercise....

ah, I was going by the ww pedometer, which you have to clock up certain amount of steps before it starts on Points.

Thankyou, i am currently bidding on a slider thingy on e bay! I think i need to do more excercise as 8000 steps seems lots! i am on my feet all day but dont know how much i do! Apart from that v little excercise. What do you all do for your excercise?

yeah, have got it. did a 3-mile run with my hr monitor and was in the right zone for endurance rather than aerobic. wonder what that is.....
