What's Weightwatchers like for breastfeeders? And is it tricky to combine with cooking for a family with little children? What rate of weightloss would I be looking at?

If you do points you get extra points and apparently you can eat loads more then normal.
I only did the no count thing, but wasn't bf, so, don't know how that works...but am sure you get extra allowance.
I found cooking for Family and myself really easy on no count. Easier even then when I did Slimming World, tbh.

Thanks, 3. I'm sure some MNers must have done WW while bfing, but don't know who they are.

I'm sure I read on here ages ago that you get an extra 6 points per day if you're bf. I looked into it while still bf dd1 you have to go to meetings (ie, can't do it at home or online) and have to get something from your doctor or midwife to say it's OK. I didn't actually do it (although have done ww before) because I couldn't get to meetings.

I have done WW while bf. If your baby is exclusively bf you are allowed 10 extra points. If you have started to introduce solids you are allowed 6 extra points. The first week I did it I lost 7 pounds and was at the amount of points I must have been eating before! I didn't go to meetings, just did it at home.
