Weightwatchers Question - need advice please

In the last year I have lost ten stones. Mostly has been lost on the cambridge diet.

I have about 1 stone left and want to start eating again. I am finding it hard controlling myself now that I am eating food again.

I wondered if weight watchers is any good. I want to loose the last stone sensibly and learn to eat properly again. Is it easy to manage?

Any advice, tip welcome. thanks xx

Can't answer your question, sorry, but just thought I'd say "Well Done!". Cambridge Diet is hard work, and you're very wise I think to plan that last stone to be on 'ordinary' food.

Brilliant - well done.

I find WW easy but that's because I like having 'a budget' and finding the best way of spending my points each day.

WW and Slimming World both offer a 'eat as much as you want' plan but you might be better starting with something which helps you learn more about your body, the food it needs and how it makes you feel.

Does Cambridge not offer some sort of counselling to help you with this? (Sorry completely ignorant of Cambridge details and only familiar with Lighterlife that a friend has done and offers counselling/group sessions)
