Anyone? I was looking at it on Amazon and the reviews seem quite promising but wondered if anyone out there had tried it?

Yep, there are threads on here. I think it's great - healthy, not faddy, food everyone can eat, no faffing, simple instructions - less fat, more wholefoods, smaller portions, exercise more.

I lost a stone (and have kept it off for 6 months)!

Am slim goddess!

My MIL lost loads of weight on GI diet. She went from size 16/18 to size 8. She has kept it off but has to be relly caeful and exercises for an hour every day on top taking dog for long walks etc

I lost weight easily with the GI diet & RC class once a week before I became pg with DS. I agree with Kbear that it is a healthy way of eating, is simple and DH likes recipies too - just has bigger portions.

Just getting back into it now & lost 10lb in first 4 weeks (without exercise classes)
