Can I expect to lose anything at all if I calorie count during the week but then go out at weekend to restaurants/bars?
This is always a really busy time of the year for me with lots of friend and family birthdays and so on. I can't pull out of the weekends out/away, but at the same time I am now clearly very overweight for 5'6" and could do with losing a bit before Christmas if it's at all possible?
