Holy moley I'm so glad I don't do lamb passanda.

We're out tonight for a curry but I'll be having chicken tikka with boiled rice as I have gone off the creamy sauces and don't like the way the oil splits off from the others. In theory mine's a great choice but there are lots of fried onions... and of course I always have a little bit of someone else's choice and share a naan and have a couple of beers....

coggy · 10/02/2007 10:36

TMI alert......but the way that my stomach has been for the last hour I think that I have lost most of the red wine points!!!!!

Hope you're tummy's feeling better soon, coggy

Just to keep you company on the "can we blow almost a week's pts on one indian meal" theme, I've just tried to work mine out for last night
Poppadoms x2 plus dips/pickle - 4pts
Chicken saag (half, shared with dh) - 8.5pts
Crayfish dish (half, shared with dh) - notlisted in WW book but guessing 8pts
Pilau rice (half) - 4pts
Naan bread (half) - 4pts
Half bottle of red wine - 5pts

That's 33.5 pts (not counting anything I ate during the day yesterday )

coggy · 10/02/2007 13:21

LOL! It's SO easily done isn't it!

I am a bit ashamed as it's only my second week at WW!!!!
