Good morning,having lurked around for a while, it's clear to see you are all a very supportive bunch.I have been reading a few accountability threads regarding eating habits and food,but please please can we have an accountability exercise thread. I have absolutely zero motivation and gym membership! I have gained weight recently due to health issues and medication side effects and am desperate to fix it.As I said I have gym membership,somewhere to run if the fancy takes me and an airwalker machine in my lounge,I just can't Do it! I'm sure there are a few of you out there who feel the same so let's help each other.I work full time but I can find time if I need to.So come on ladies let's get started.All ideas welcome.
