I am going to start weightwatchers myself at home. I am in the process of buying some books off ebay and have borrowed my SIL stuff to work out i need 20 points a day. Is there anything you would really reccomend getting to help me? i am thinking of the points shopping book and eating out book. Anything else that i really need? Thanks

Weightwaters scales, realy helpful if you weigh everything you eat, as they tell you the points in what you are eating.

It also gets you used to the size of the portions you should be eating if you know what i mean.

You don't really need anything other than the book which lists most of the food and their points value. The other handy thing is the square card thing with a slidey bit that on one side works out points for anything and on the other side gives you how many points you can earn through exercise.

Other than that, it's willpower... Must admit I'm much better when I go to the classes though!
