I have 2 stone to lose and I really need to get it off by the new year. I am finding eating healthy, slimming world, low carb too hard to stick to. I am rubbish at cooking so end up ordering in food or having toast
All this has done is see my weight go up and up over the last 18 months.
I thought if I do slim fast and a m&s diet meal in the evening at least that's convenient and quick
