Hi there

Has anyone tried the 'Lighter Life' Programme and did it work?

I am becoming increasingly desperate. I have put on 2 stone since a job medical last July (my dream job) and am on list. Could get word any time after March to start and I think I would probably be kicked out for BMI (not sure but fitness is key to job). You would think that this would be motivational enough for me to get up off my fat lazy a@*e, but no I just keep eating. It is driving me insane.

This is why I am thinking of 'Lighter Life'. I wouldn't have to plan meals and I could lose really fast (I know not ideal but needs must).

I lost nearly 4 stone between Sept 05 and Feb 06 on Weightwatchers but just can't get it back.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I think lighter life is the same as the Cambridge diet - under a different guise.

I don't know anything about either - but these people do!

Thank you DimpledThighs! I am off for a long read!
