Just got my Fitbit and I am beyond confused. Anyone here who can help?

I have set it up etc. But it is such faff! I did a walk today and I am not sure how to start or stop the bloody thing! I thought it was supposed to go green or something when you hit a target or whatever but I cannot make sense of that at all. I must be doing something wrong but at the moment all I can figure is that i forked out £129 for a bloody pedometer that I cannot fathom!

just downloading MFP...again! How do you synch them?

On MFP go to Apps & devices and you should see Fitbit Tracker there. Click connect and it should walk you through syncing them.

Once it is done just sync your tracker periodically to the Fitbit app and log your food on MFP; both apps should talk to each other, so you will see any exercise as extra calories available on MFP and you will also see your calorie intake on Fitbit too.

Ok, I have downloaded MFP and logged my food intake yesterday and to day but it is not synching to my fitbit and i looks like I have consumed 0 calories both days! I don't get how they 'chat' to one another..Am I doing something

You'll probably need your Bluetooth on to sync.
