I have my baby 7 months ago and I have lost some baby weight already but could do with some support to keep going.
I am 12 stone but want to get back down to pre pregnancy weight of 10 stone.
I'm not following any diet and I don't ban any foods
I aim to drink 2 litres of water a day
For exercise; I walk 1&1/2 hours to and from work to the station, I do Zumba and have just started doing weekly pole dancing classes. We also do walks/bike rides etc at the weekend as a family
Anyone want to join me???
