YEY! ive now lost ** 10lbs! *** and ....

im in the 'healthy weight' section on the BMI calculater!!

which im over the moon about because that 'overweight' result always got me down!

im now 11 stone,

still got a stone to go, but im so proud of myself for loosing 10lbs!

yey me!

I am guessing you are 5ft6 as my goal is to get to 11 stone and no longer be in the overweight category.

I am 11.11 at the moment.

yeah im 5ft6

so just about in there on the BMI,

like i said ive still got a stone to go, but since having DS1 i never thought id loose weight ever , but im really proud that ive done it

i did it by

taking actislim twice a day
doing a davina 30 min workout everyday
cutting out everything bad, choccie, pizza, chips, crisps ect
lots of salad!
