That is it. I have been very tempted by ti and have his recipe books which are great. Just wondering if anyone has experience of it or any views on it?

Hi Stirred - there is another thread entitled 'Anyone done the Body Coach?' which I can't link to at the mo. Worth having a read if you are thinking of joining up.

I bought his plan - stick to the books! Plan is not worth the money

I got this book from the works, I just bought it because I am addicted to diet books it was £3 and I had seen his tv series on sky. The author has worked on the biggest loser but he, like joe wicks, doesnt advocate frequent weigh ins.

It provides a pretty decent exercise structure and gives calorie and macro advice (unlike the bodycoach books), also emotional side is covered briefly. the cals in the plan are pretty low so might not be what you are looking for but if you have a works bookshop nearby it might be worth a nosey.

Yes I bought it but could not stick to it. It's HIIT 4-5 days a week and very specific diet, everything weighed and measured down to the gram, and there is shit loads of food so you are constantly cooking!!!!
I think in hindsight just buy the books and follow his videos. Unless you are very motivated and have lots of time for food prep it's really tough.
No doubt about it though if you can stick to it it works. All the before and after pics are real!
