Hi everyone,
I feel like I am really stuck in a massive rut at the moment and I just can't get out of it. I started a new job this year and I'm really unhappy there and it's dragging me down. I have put on weight, I feel exhausted all the time and just can't motivate myself to exercise or stick with a diet.
Last year I lost weight and now I've put most of it back on, I feel like such a failure, how do you all motivate yourselves to make a change when you're feeling low?
