Hello,
I have been following low carb/high fat diet for a few months and did do really well before falling off of the wagon over the kids summer holidays.
I struggle to eat first thing in the morning and want a smoothie I can take to work and have once I have dropped the kids off. I would prefer to make rather than buy ready made or use protein powders just due to the cost.
If anyone had any ideas or recipes to share I would be very grateful!!
