I've been calorie counting for a year, and have lost 57 lbs. Unfortunately my weight loss has plateaued for 2 weeks, how can I get it going down again?

I re-fresh my foods, change breakfast, buy new cook books and re-weigh some of the foods as I get slack and start guessing portion sizes. Changing exercises class also helps as does (for me anyway) having a couple of clothing bits to slim into, doing a wardrobe re-fresh and getting rid of some of the clothes that are just too big and make me feel a bit complacent when wearing them.
