Please someone talk to me about jogging and trying to lose weight.... Im feeling really down..... Why is my jogging not helping me lose weight??? Ive been doing a 10k trainer app and Im on week 6. Im doing 8kms 3 days a week, walking a couple of kms, then the 10k trainer, so a run walk things for about 30 mins. Doing this outside in public in leggings feeling like a heifer...Im fat :( Feeling like I hate myself. But really hoping to see some results... But nowt happening.... :( waah ... its not helping my morale.
Im watching what i eat but also trying to live a bit too and not go over the top.... Why is it so damn hard???!!!!!!!
