Well, I have done both plans with success and now can't decide which one I want to do, lol!
I know SW has changed loads since I did it in 2003 , but I believe WW has also changed since I did it 2005/2006.
I am still under 11st ( I think, lol) but feel uncomfortable with myself (5ft6), I probably could do it on my own, but find that going to weigh ins tend to be a big incentive for me!
When doing WW I did the no count, which I really liked...does that still exist? It does give you a greater variety at mealtimes, but then, I liked the SW thing where the free food was free whenever, not just at mealtimes....sigh...
How do the plans now work? I mean as in how have they changed?

Well, just been looking online at both sites, to see when the classes are and that sort of sorted that one out, there is no classes for SW in Corby...I am shocked.
So WW it will be

I think no count does still be used as my sis is at ww

I am at sw & love the plan I have lost 28lb on sw in a short time. I have done both the plans but prefer sw to ww as when your points are used on ww you can't have anything else. Sw is superior imho

& you'd think I could have changed my name back for that!!
