I am struggling hugely with accountability. I'm answering to no one so my bad weeks go unchecked and as a result I'm piling on the weight. I want some accountability but in reluctant to go to WW or SW because I'm cynical about diets that rely on lots of "diet" foods and branded ready meals. Ideally I'd do MFP and maybe 5:2 in a month once I've got a big event out of the way
