Whole30 -trying to stay on track!

Hi there

I am on day 11 and it's the first day I am missing things/ getting bored of what I am eating. I am vegetarian and generally enjoy eating fruits and veggies and eggs but today found my interest wavering and longing thoughts of things not allowed!

Looking for some more ideas on what I could put together to form a vegetarian meal whilst sticking to the guidelines.

Any suggestions appreciated!

w30 thread here well done on getting to day 11. I feel a bit bad now as there was a vegetarian on that thread and think I put them off. Apparently chia seed pudding is allowed, coyo yogurt and granola made with coconut, seeds, nuts, fruit. Have you seen the list of additional foods vegetarians are allowed? I linked to it on the thread above if not. Good luck with rest of your w30.
