How many SW SYNS in a SAFFRON BUN ????

couldnt resist one today but have no idea how many syns are in one!

Oh and please stop me from calling dh and getting him to bring fish and chips home for tea!!

Depends how big it is - Waitrose ones are 75g and have 254 kcals. I doubt there is much on the free list on the ingredients list...
1 syn = 20 kcals of non free food, so 12.5 to 13?

Thanks. I thought that might be the case. I can't afford 12 syns... as a true ochre and black Cornishwoman, I will be sad to miss out on Saffron buns, but needed to know just how costly it would be!

I am not long in SlimmingWorld, but find that this is why it is so good - for me! I look at something and the little imp saying, go on, you know you want to, has a matching elf saying - 12 synd you know!
