Too much of an indulgent Summer

Just that really.

Enjoyed eating and drinking all summer, and my clothes are feeling too tight.

So I am going to do a general cutting out of snacks and eating between meals, and less wine and desserts.

I want to eat for vegetables and reduce portion sizes, but keep the food interesting, and not exclude too much.

I am also going to start a Nordic walking class when the children are back at school.

Anyone else?

Water! I've just started drinking 2 litres a day it's already helped after jus a week.

Back on mfp and starting back at the gym next week after a very long break. Can't wait! I want a stone off asap, I think the rest will be my lifetime's work!!!
