DP and I are both trying to lose weight. We generally got a take away on a Friday (I like to get a night of from cooking) but am now looking for something easy but tasty.
I like the idea of picky bits or mezze but think it could end up quite fattening. Or was thinking of a calorie counted ready meal.
Any ideas?
Or if we are "good" during the week can we blow out at the weekend on one night??
