I had the cabonara as posted on the other thread on a red day. Which was very nice. DH piped up it was scrambled egg, bacon and spaghetti! cheeky git.

Poached Egg, grilled bacon, quorn sausage, tomato and mushrooms are a nice but feel naughty meal on red or you could cut the bacon and have it wih sin free chips for free on green.

Minced beef, onion, tin of toms, tom puree, garlic, mushroom, pepper to mak a spag bol if you are on green up your pasta if you are on red up your mince. Healthy extra cheese on top.

Will post more but want to watch 5 days. Also have a look in the archives as loads of SW threads

I had a green day so I had:

Potatoes (free)
Cabbage boiled & then fried in spray oil (free)
Egg (fried in spray oil)
Bacon (HE)

Then I had the free couscous cake Made with mandarin Muller Light... & not sure if I made it right as there really was no flavour off it

How do you make the cous cous cake?

tiger8565 · 30/01/2007 22:33

I have to second the veg chilli....I will not be making that again.....

Furball · 31/01/2007 07:01

if you want chilli - Sainsburys be good to yourself chilli and rice is 3 syns on a green day.

I made a beef caserole from a schwartz mix on sunday thats only a few syns on red as it makes so much we've got it again today. I chucked in stewing beef, onion, carrot, mushroom swede and made it to 1 pint rather than 3/4's and had it with brocolli and did mash for dh and ds.

Furball · 31/01/2007 07:06

Also made a massive shepherds pie (lamb mince is very low syn i think as fatty - but i did drain off as much as possble!) had that without the mash but with swede instead.

as you can tell i do mostly red days as i find on green i don't seem to loose as well.
