Are there any free/low syn yoghurts that dont have bad sweetners in?

I struggled to find them when I did SW. The best thing I think is to buy fat free plain yoghurt and add your own fruit. Sorry I can't be more help!

What about Mullerlight? Not sure about the sweetners but were always recommended when I did SW a couple of years back. 1 or 1.5 sins I think?

Hi

Mullerlight yogurts, the standard ones, are syn free on the slimming world plan.

Pop one in the freezer for a couple of hours for a delicious iced dessert.
