Slimming World syn confusion and red wine HELP!

Hello, I hope you can help. On sw it says you can use your syns for a night out. But how many? If you can have between 5 and 15 a day does that mean you can save 15 day day for 5 days and use them all or what? We have friends coming over and Id love a bottle of wine, Im not sure how many syns to a bottle is it 27? Thanks

I always count at least 30 syns for a bottle of wine. So basically I use my syns as one bottle of wine a week, all at once or throughout the week, and then max of 5 syns a day.

you are allowed 105 syns a week. A bottle of red is 27. hth
