Anyone done it/doing it? Is it worth the ££££? Or suitable for a proper fatty?

I've got the recipe books but not used them yet (only had them 2 weeks) but they have photos in the back of the people who did his personalised online course before and after. Looks like it works but I can't afford it Sad
