Hi mummies! I've decided to plan my wedding for September 2018! I've trace fly started to eat right and work out, I'm just wondering how much I would loose to drop down 3 dress sizes? I'm 22-26 now, I want to be at least 16-18 by then xx

Congratulations!

In my experience, 1 stone was one dress size, but I'd imagine that it varies.

Good luck!

Losing 10 pounds is thought to be about the amount it takes to drop a dress size, but MNetter15 is probably right about this being variable, not least because we often let our clothes get uncomfortably tight , fooling ourselves that we don't need the next size up.
In that case, a 10 pound loss would just make your usual clothes comfortable, and you would need to lose more to actually drop a size.
Hope that helps.
