In the paperwork given to us we were advised to buy Centrium Advance or similar and take 2 a day.
I know there are the specific WLS vitamin capsules but they make me wretch ....they smell vile and are huge!
Any recommendations? Are there any cheaper equivalents? Do any of you have a secret weapon?
