As above. My feet and ankles swell horribly, not just when hot. They are definitely worse when hot, but I am also, at the age of 40 something, coming (late) to the theory that certain foods trigger it. They are better when I drink a stack of water, but I am literally talking 3+litres a day. I know I can't specifically target my ankles, but anyone got anything to suggest? Apart from being uncomfortable, it is mortifying.
