breakfast foods.

I don't like cereal,porridge,toast,yogurt.
Fruit doesn't fill me enough.
Eggs I can do but get sick of them too quickly.

What can I eat for breakfast ?

crumpets
bacon bagel
scrambled egg/smoked salmon with bagel
muffin of some sort

(assuming you like bagels and crumpets!)

My usual breakfast is mushrooms tomato courgette and spinach "fried" without oil in a very non stick saucepan. Sometimes with egg sometimes with a couple of slices of chorizo.Always with coffee. Comes in around the 200 cal mark and does 4-5 of your 5 a day

Omelette
Scrambled egg and bacon
Breakfast hash (cook 1 slice bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, couple of new potatoes sliced then add spoon of wholegrain mustard and serve with a poached egg on top if you want it)
