For various reasons McDonalds can't be avoided later Sad

Grilled chicken wrap - I'll attach the nutritional values

I'll drink water with it and give the fries a miss

Please reassure me that this won't cause a 5lb gain haha

Sad I want to eat all of the Big Macs Sad

That's good as well as the really nice chargrilled chicken they sell.

KeithRichardsPetCat · 11/06/2016 10:45

That helps me Hairy Grin

Gluten free DSis often gets a double cheeseburger without the bun.

Really reduces the calorie count.

ALemonyPea · 11/06/2016 11:51

Have it without the bacon maybe?

BluePitchFork · 11/06/2016 11:55

as a one off it's absolutely fine. if you can have a salad as well and go
careful on the dressing.

KeithRichardsPetCat · 11/06/2016 11:57

In normal circumstances I'd be delighted eating 366 calories for dinner..it's the McDonalds aspect that's making me wary. Wouldn't question eating a 366 vegetable based dinner at home Hmm

I don't think a double cheeseburger without the bun would fill me up Sad and I'd wanna snack later on - hence my thoughts towards the wrap

Yes Blue absolutely a one off - wee niece finally got good news regarding her treatment after nine long months; her celebratory dinner choice is McDonalds. And who could blame her? Grin

then I would go for wrap&salad.
whoopeee for your niece!

KeithRichardsPetCat · 11/06/2016 12:09

Thank you

I have to be so strict with myself and avoid places; I'd be nowhere near the place if it was up to me but it's all about her tonight so damage limitation

And I did think of eating beforehand and just munching the little fruit bags you can get. Then I thought stop being a dickhead Keith Grin

I follow slimming world and have the grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing and a fruit bag. They're not too bad actually.

KeithRichardsPetCat · 11/06/2016 12:48

Carrots is the salad filling?

I opted for the sweet chilli wrap that has 340 calories. It was everything I wanted it to be Grin

Jumped on scales pre McDonalds..

-5 lb down this week so far

That was more than enough to stop me ordering all of the fries and all of the Big Macs Grin

Enjoy your weekend lovelies

Sorry OP I've only just noticed your reply Blush. For future reference it is fairly filling. It fills the spot anyway.

Well done on your weight loss!

I meant chargrilled chicken SALAD 😂😂😂. They're not KFC lol. Their salad is really good and a nice size too.
