How do I stop sabotaging my diet (whoops, I mean "healthy eating plan") every evening? I always want to eeeeaaat!

Brush your teeth and drink a pint of water? Failing that, dried fruit is great to pick at or just normal fruit. Have you got chopped up carrot sticks in the fridge and some low fat humous? Or...what about a low fat Options Hot Choc? Stick with it!! Try to visualise your goal!

I'm going to have a bowl of museli in a mo - it's no added sugar or salt I'm at my lowest weight at the moment 10st 4lb and size 12 I was a size 16 and just under 12st at my biggest.
