HELP! need to lose 12lbs in 12 days

Can it be done?
I'm normally pretty healthy, eat well and exercise, drink plenty of water.

However am currently on holiday in US and have eaten my own body weight in crap.
Sadly when I get back I've got 12 days until a nice posh hol with the boyf
So I need to drop this weight fast

Any tips, hints, crazy 12 day diet plans??! Please Smile

I did the chemical diet posted on here.
It was pants but I lost 7lbs in 6 days at which point I gave up.
Very happy with that
Back to healthy eating, exercising and plenty of water now

If you are planning to eat normally on the holiday...whatever you lose will probably be back on by the end of it.

Of course I'm eating normally on holiday
The point isn't to keep the weight off it was to lose excess holiday weight quickly before the next one

The point is, you'll be right back to where you are now by the last few days of the holiday.... Unless it's just a long weekend. I'd say take clothing in a range of sizes.

It's a 4 day break

City I think OP is just trying to get back to her pre-holiday weight, not drop below it!

Well done on the loss OP Smile

I'd definitely give low-carb a go. A salmon omelette would be a good way of getting your favourite breakfast without the toast: or could you handle it on a bed of spinach leaves? I'm the same, don't see the point in a poached egg without a slice of toast, but I've discovered that a smoked haddock fillet, poached egg and wilted spinach is lovely!
