Anyone seen great results with a Treadmill?

Very excited! ordered one, reebok T1, cost arm and l;eg! so hoping to lose loads of weight!!!

Ordered one, bought one, used it for about 6 weeks and HATED IT

The problem with treadmills is that you can just STEP OFF

REAL running made a HUGE difference though - you can't just step off there, so you work much harder

Sold mine to my brother

As long as you run on it and don't use it is a clothes horse.

I prefer running outside myself, can't seem to get to grips with a treadmill. Also I like hills - especially the downbank!

Yes mp - when you're 3 miles from home you can't just pack it in 'cos you've had enough.

well would like to be fit enough to run outside, but would laugh at myself if i saw myself trying to run outside, plan is to use treadmill to get 'street run' ready!

Hard to use unless massively massively motivated.
I get somoene to drop me off a few miles from home then run back.As the girls say,you've no option but to carry on (especially if you want to keep warm!)
