Three weeks till wedding and a few pound would make the dress fit all the better
Any tips to get results fast?

A strict low carb should help in that time frame.
Or do what my friend did and eat lettuce for every meal don't.

Cut out all beige food (bread, spuds, pasta, rice, cake).
Cardio as many days a week as possible.
1200 calories a day (download MFP to keep you right).
Minimum 2 litres water a day.
No alcohol.
I've lost up a a stone in 3 weeks (for weddings/holidays) doing the above.

Well crash dieting is bad for you, a short term fix and you'll put all the weight back on... But if you're aware of that and the associated risks,
Cut out salt, all sugars, bread, pasta and rice, not much dairy either.
Eat small portions of lean protein and plenty of green veg. Use chilli, lemon juice, fresh herbs or garlic for flavour. Eggs are your friend. Plenty of eggs.
No snacks
Masses of water
No fruit
Exercise a lot- HIIT and weights. Try for 2 sessions a day
Good underwear- ie Spanx!

Pretty much agree with all the above. Cut the carbs and do a 20 min hiit workout everyday (youtube the shred).
You'd lose pounds and inches but it'll go back on once you go back to eating how you were.

I lost weight the week before my wedding. Stress, busyness and nerves. Just say no to the last supper the night before, for a flatter tummy.

If you are keen I can show you what I lost in 2 weeks with my plan and yes i am still losing,I started in April 25 2016 and still on it and enjoying it tremendously.
