And I'm 44 and my youngest child is 8.

I really need to shift a couple of stone. Going to give the 5:2 a bash but I am just such a PIG when it comes to food, can easily trough down a box of French Fancies or two chocolate bars in one sitting. I know I need to eat healthier and it will do me good in the long run. It's just all so tedious though.

Sigh.
