and weighing your self on and off daily isnt wise, BUT if you weigh your self at the same time first thing in the morning, is that an accurate account of your weight loss?

hi Mandy

yes if you were to do it a week apart. I think weighing say, everday or every few days just demoralises the whole situation as losing 1-2lb per week is fab but weighing everday and it being so minute it looks like you're the same jusy does nothing for nobody.

cor thats good Kittylette! As you know i wasnt happy yesterday after weighing but did 35 mins on x trainer last night so hopefully i may have shifted that lb!!!!!

would you recommend those pills?

kittylette · 16/01/2007 09:52

hmm i see your point, but if i did the same yesterday, which i did, i was at my lightest as i hadnt had brekkie and had been loo then too , iykwim, so surely its accurate?

or im just totally wishful thinking! lol

maybe ill get DF to hide the scales until monday??

OP posts:
kittylette · 16/01/2007 09:54

i wouldnt yet Mandy, as this is only my 2nd day, maybe its psychological too, but i dont feel like snacing or really eating (but you have to on these) i had to force my brekkie down

ill tell you on monday - as theyre quite pricey (about £45) and i wouldnt want to reccomend them and have you spend your pennies before my first proper weigh in

lol, a star chart?

i know i shouldnt do it each day, i think i really will get my DF to hide the scales

tbh if id put it back on tomorrow according to the scales i would be too fussed as long as i loose on monday

OP posts:
kittylette · 16/01/2007 10:12

it probably would! especially if it meant a trip to a toy shop on saturday if i got all my stars

Ellaroo · 16/01/2007 11:08

I'd do it first thing in the morning, every morning - before you've had anything to eat or drink and that should be fairly accurate.
