Hairy Bikers Diet Club?

Anyone done this??? I like the idea of it all being laid out including the shopping list but tbh I've tried soooo many different things over the past few months I'm beginning to feel like everything is just a gimmic.

I tried it for a while but didn't get on with it very well.

The recipes on the site are pretty good, but it doesn't get updated very often at all so there aren't that many different options.

HBD essentially is just a calorie monitoring thing - you can use their meal plans or switch round. The shopping list thing is useful, but IMO it's not worth the cost. You'd be better off buying one of their diet cookbooks and using something free like my fitness pal to count the calories.
