I have PCOS and underactive thyroid plus macrocytic anaemia and I just cannot lose weight! I have such a slow metabolism and the macrocytic anaemic makes me so tired that I just eat for energy - even though I know if I ate better I would have more energy anyway!
I am so busy 24/7 so I tend to grab whatever to eat.
So, thinking of trying Exante for a kickstart as it is supposed to work well with underactive thyroid- has anyway tried this? I'm so confused which pack to buy.

I seem to have bursts of energy but then I go tired. But one thing for sure is that I'm sleeping way better.
Had a peanut butter bar for lunch, could hardly finish it I was so full!
Have the sweet and sour chicken ready for tonight.
How are you doing?

I'm still waiting to start it again and DH has given up! I won't be starting until September when baby is six months old, so only on damage limitation until then!

Yes, sorry, you did say when you had finished BF'ing. Had the sweet and sour for dinner, was fine but I did put chilli in!
Not hungry at all again but i do have a bad headache tonight.
It feels weird not to be eating fruit and veg, might have to have a little salad tomorrow!

Day 6 complete!
Breakfast - peanut butter bar
Lunch - sausage mix but I had make it into a burger shape as I just could not roll it into a sausage! Tasted OK with pepper on but gave me an upset tummy.
Dinner - proper food! roast chicken and lettuce.
Confession time....i had one stick of a twirl which my DD had left.....

Day 7 done - looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. Have lost 3" from my waist!
Breakfast - vanilla crunch cereal
Lunch - bar
Dinner - Indian meal with rice
Accidentally ate a small sausage roll......!! But I did do an hour hill walking.

Week one complete and down 7.5 lb!
Have lost 4" from my stomach and my jeans that were too tight last week are now too big!

Hi all I started Exante on Monday, using just 3 shakes a day and lots of water and tea/coffee. Did a sneaky weigh in after day 4 and I'm down 6lbs! I actually cannot believe it - it would take me between 4-5 weeks to lose that amount on slimming world but I am aware that it will not continue at this rate! Can we have coke zero on this plan and also what about sugar free orange squash? Cheers, Wendy xxx Smile

I have sugar free soft drinks. I also have veg -Gr beans, cauliflower, broccoli, nothing starchy, green salad & low cal dressing. No fruit! . I have been on this now for almost 6 weeks & have lost 20lbs & feel fine.
